Monetary donations:

1. Checks - Make checks payable to “FISH of Laurel, Inc.” or “Elizabeth House” and
     Mail to:

2. SHARE Project:
   a) indicate on the memo line of your check, or in a covering letter or note, that you want your monetary donation to be used for groceries through the SHARE Project. Mail donation to the mailing address above. Or ...
   b) buy groceries through the SHARE Project and donate them to Fish/Elizabeth House (see “Food (non-bulk) donations” below).
3. Contribute through The Combined Federal Campaign/The United Way or Maryland Charitable Campaign. These agencies permit donors to designate specific charities to be recipients of their payroll-deduction charitable contributions.  To designate Fish of Laurel (which operates Elizabeth House) to receive the contribution, donors must write the code number for FISH of Laurel, Inc. on the form.  The number is 44338.  The number applies to the Combined Federal Campaigns in both the National Capitol Area and Central Maryland.
 

Food (non-bulk) donations:

Bring food donations (fresh vegetables/fruits and packaged non- perishable items) to the back door at Elizabeth House between 4:30 and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
 

Food (bulk) donations:

Call Elizabeth House at 301-776-9296 to arrange a date and time for your delivery. Leave a detailed voice message and someone will return your call as soon as possible. Do not make bulk food donation deliveries without calling first or during the times mentioned above. Kitchen volunteers are making the evening meal for Elizabeth House clients and they will not be available to handle bulk deliveries at that time.
